Senior Mortgage Technology Program Manager (Encompass & Blue Sage)

JOB DESCRIPTION

Overview: Indrasol is seeking an experienced Senior Mortgage Technology Program Manager with deep expertise in Encompass and Blue Sage Digital Lending Platform. This senior-level role will oversee and manage the end-to-end migration of mortgage technology systems, ensuring a successful transition between platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program management, with significant experience in mortgage technology implementations and system migrations.

In this role, you will act as the primary lead for the migration project, working closely with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to manage timelines, resources, and deliverables. You will also ensure that the technology solutions align with business needs and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the program for migrating from the Encompass system to Blue Sage Digital Lending Platform, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with business goals.
Oversee all aspects of the migration, including planning, scoping, resource management, risk management, and issue resolution.
Collaborate with internal teams, third-party vendors, and stakeholders to ensure the timely and successful deployment of the Blue Sage platform.
Provide strategic direction and oversight on data migration, system configuration, and customization.
Ensure data integrity and compliance throughout the migration process, addressing data mapping and other technical challenges.
Act as the key point of contact for all project-related activities, communicating regularly with stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns.
Develop and execute a comprehensive program roadmap, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
Manage change management activities, ensuring that end-users are effectively trained and onboarded onto the new system.
Provide post-implementation support and lead efforts to fine-tune the system for optimal performance.
Oversee the implementation of best practices for project management, quality control, and risk mitigation.

Qualifications:

10+ years of experience in mortgage technology, with at least 5 years in program or project management roles overseeing system migrations or technology implementations.
Deep experience with both Encompass and Blue Sage Digital Lending Platform, or similar mortgage loan origination systems.
Proven experience leading large-scale system migrations, with a focus on program management and cross-functional coordination.
Strong understanding of mortgage origination processes and regulatory requirements in the mortgage industry.
Experience with data mapping, migration, and integration between platforms.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive successful project outcomes.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate challenges and proactively address them.
PMP or PgMP certification preferred but not required.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
